We respect your privacy. If you wish to delete your Donghua TV account and permanently remove your data (including Username, Email, and Country), you can do so using one of the methods below.
Method 1: Contact via Email
You can send us a direct request via email. We will process your deletion request within 7 working days.

- Requirement: Please send the email from your registered email address so we can verify ownership.
Method 2: Request via App
You can also request account deletion directly inside the application:
- Open the Donghua TV App.
- Go to Settings or the Contact Us section.
- Send us a message requesting account deletion.
Important Note: Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to your premium subscription (if active) and saved history. This action is irreversible.
